Grinding Enhancer
SmartC8 series of additives has been specially developed to improve the overall performance for the Portland Cement. These brown liquid additives are water based and non-flammable. Due to its unique design and formulation, these high performance additives are able to improve the grinding efficiency, enhance the physical strength and particle size distribution of Portland Cement.

SmartC8 series of additives are most suitable for Ball Mill (Tube Mill), from which the OPC produced have blaine in excess of 300m2/kg.

SmartC8 series of additives have the capability to improve the particle size distribution of the OPC produced using Vertical Roller Mills or High-pressure Roller Press Mills.

    APPLICATIONS
    • Ordinary Portland Cement produced by conventional Ball Mill.
    • Ordinary Portland Cement produced by Vertical Roller Mills or High-pressure Roller Press Mills.

    ADVANTAGES
    • Improve grinding efficiency, where the throughput can be increased by at least 10% with respect to similar Blaine without using SmartC8 series of additives.
    • Improved size distribution, where the particle sizes at 45 μm and 90 μm can be reduced.
    • Improved the early compressive strengths, to have the strength in all ages to improve by 10% are not uncommon.
    • Improved cement flow, where it will be noticeable when discharging the cement from the silo to tanker and/or vessel.
    • Improved bulk density, where SmartC8 will be able to increase the cement storage capacities of the silos and bulk carriers.

SmartL8

Quality Enhancer
SmartL8 series of additives used for Portland Cement with additional filler such as hydrated OPC clinker, limestone, pozzolans, blast furnace slag and fly ash has been specially developed to improve the overall performance for Portland cement. These additives are water based and non-flammable. Due to its unique design and formulation, these high performance additives are able to encourage the use of OPC clinker replacement and to improve the grinding efficiency, enhance the physical strength and particle size distribution of Portland Cement.

    APPLICATIONS
    • Portland Cement (PC) with OPC clinker replacement produced by conventional Ball Mill.
    • Portland Cement (PC) with OPC clinker replacement produced by Vertical Roller Mills or High-pressure Roller Press Mills.

    ADVANTAGES
    • Encourage the use of more OPC clinker replacement, where the quality of the PC will remain unchanged even with the replacement of the OPC clinker by the filler.
    • Improve cost savings, as the filler replaces more OPC clinker.
    • Improved grinding efficiency, where the throughput can be increased by at least 10% with respect to the similar Blaine without using SmartL8 series of additives.
    • Improved size distribution, where the particle sizes at 45 μm and 90 μm can be reduced.
    • Improved the early compressive strengths, where it is achievable to have the strength in all ages to improved by 10% are not uncommon.
    • Improved cement flowability, where it will be noticeable when discharging the cement from the silo to tanker and/or vessel.

SmartM8

Air-Entraining Enhancer
SmartM8 series of additives has been specially developed to improve the overall air content for the Portland Cement and Masonry Cement. These brownish liquid additives are water based and non-flammable. Due to its unique design and formulation, these air-entraining additives are able to give a most effective air-entraining effect to Portland Cement and Masonry Cement. It is a anionic type air-entraining agent.

    APPLICATIONS
    • Portland Cement (PC) or Masonry Cement (MC) produced by conventional Ball Mill.
    • Portland Cement (PC) or Masonry Cement (MC) produced by Vertical Roller Mills or High-pressure Roller Press Mills.

    ADVANTAGES
    • Encourage uniform bubble size, where the mix is agitated in the phase stage of the mortar or concrete.
    • User friendly, where it can be dose into the system before the milling stage of the cement.
    • Non-toxic, it will not cause any side effects when in contact with the skin.
    • Provide stable air bubbles, provides consistent air content when the mix is agitated in the paste stage of the mortar and concrete.

GGBS Enhancer
SmartV8 series of additives used for Ground Granulated Blastfurnance Slag (GGBS) has been specially developed to improve the overall properties and performance of GGBS. These additives are water based and non-flammable. Due to its unique design and formulation, these high performance additives are able to improve the grinding efficiency, enhance the physical strength, reduce water demand of the GGBS and in turn improve the workability of the concrete.

SmartV8 series of GGBS additives are most suitable for Vertical Roller Mills or High-pressure Roller Press Mills, from which the GGBS produced have Blaine in excess of 400m2/kg.

    APPLICATIONS
    • GGBS with high blaine-fineness produced by modern Vertical Roller Mill.
    • GGBS with high blaine-fineness produced by modern High-pressure Roller Press Mill.
    • GGBS with normal blaine-fineness produced by conventional Ball Mill.
    • Portland Blastfurnace Cement (PBFC) and/or High Slag Blastfurnace cement (HSBFC) produced by conventional Ball Mill.

    ADVANTAGES
    • Improve grinding efficiency of slag and/or PBFC/HSBFC as well the size distribution and flow of the particles.
    • Enhance the early compressive strengths of GGBS and/or PBFC/HSBFC.
    • Reduce the water demand and improve the flow for high Blaine-fineness GGBS, resulting in improved workability of the concrete.
    • With a special designed dispensing system on site, the aqueous additives can be administered accurately, ensuring consistent quality and optimum performance.
