Fast-Setting Mortar

SmartCrete is a semi flow-able, polymer modified cementitious mortar designed for rapid strength gain and easy application. Two hours after mixing, the material will have gained sufficient strength for vehicle traffic. SmartCrete is ideal for use in heavily trafficked areas where a rapid return to service in 2 to 4 hours is critical.

SmartCrete is available in 2 grades :

  • SmartCrete SG is a summer grade which is recommended for use in the temperature range of 20oC to 30oC
  • SmartCrete WG is a winter grade which is recommended for use in the temperature range of 10oC to 20oC.

* Special precautions and careful planning are necessary if SmartCrete is used at a temperature outside the recommended range.

Suitable for various types of horizontal concrete repairs, toppings, proofing and infilling such as :

  • Repair works on driveways, pavements, bridges, road slabs, joint repairs, bridge nosing, manhole covers, airport runways, loading docks, guard rails and more
  • Installing any heavy street signs, bus shelters, traffic lights, fence posts, advertising panels, poles and more
  • Constructing machine bases, grouting, bolt anchoring and more
  • Traffic-able after 2 hours
