SmartCrete E-100

Fast-Set Epoxy Mortar

SmartCrete E-100 is a 100% solid, solvent free, 3-components epoxy resin mortar that is designed to be fast curing, tough, resilient with excellent chemical and abrasion characteristics for structural repairs and grouting.

Composition of SmartCrete E-100 :

  • Component A : Bisphenol epoxy resin
  • Component B : Polyamine hardener
  • Component C : Calcinated quartz beads

Suitable for concrete repairs, toppings, anchoring, grouting, profiling and infilling of voids and holes such as :

  • Repair of driveways, pavements, bridges, road slabs, joints, bridge nosing, manhole covers, airport runways, loading bays and more
  • Anchoring and grouting of guard rails, heavy street signs, bus shelters, traffic lights, fence posts, advertising panels, poles and more
  • Construction of machine base, sole plates, crane ways and more
  • Excellent chemical resistance against oil, grease, gasoline, solvents, salt solutions, aggressive gases and vapours, marine air, alkalis and acids
  • Shrinkage compensated
  • Provides a non-absorbent and abrasion resistant surface
  • Exhibits excellent bond strength to concrete and steel
  • Can be mixed with aggregates to achieve different consistencies without affecting the workability and performance
