Park Colonial is a development that is located strategically next to Woodleigh MRT station and connected to major arterial roads and expressways. Connectivity will be further enhanced with construction of the upcoming bus interchange.

A fully reinforced Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) concrete system is adopted for this development. This project is done by Dragages Singapore Pte Ltd.
